The agreement between you and Adult Link Building
These terms govern the use of adultlinkbuilding.com and the supply of our services. By requesting an audit, accepting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you are entering into them for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Services and Quotes
We provide link building, content, and digital PR services for adult and adult-adjacent businesses. Each engagement is defined by the written quote or order confirmation we issue, which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Approval and Delivery
Placements proceed only after you approve the proposed site list. Timelines depend on publisher schedules and are estimates, not guarantees. Where a specific site becomes unavailable after approval, we will propose a comparable alternative for your approval.
Client Responsibilities
You warrant that your website and business comply with the laws of every jurisdiction in which you operate, that you hold the rights and consents for all content you publish, and that your use of our services will not breach our Acceptable Use Policy or Compliance Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of target URLs, anchors, and any material you supply.
Fees and Payment
Fees are as stated in your quote and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable. Late payment may suspend work on your account.
Intellectual Property
Content we create is licensed to the publisher on placement; you receive the benefit of the link and may reference the published work. Our processes, inventory data, templates, and reporting formats remain ours. You retain ownership of materials you supply to us.
No Guarantee of Results
Search rankings depend on factors outside anyone’s control. We do not guarantee positions, traffic, revenue, or indexation. We warrant only that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with our published policies.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate on written notice as set out in the order. We may suspend or terminate immediately, without refund, where an account breaches our Compliance Policy or Acceptable Use Policy.
General
These terms, together with the quote and our published policies, form the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands. We may update these terms for new engagements; the terms in force when your order was accepted continue to apply to that order. Disputes will first be raised in writing to [email protected] so that the parties can attempt resolution in good faith. Governing law and venue are as stated in your order confirmation.
