Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, replacements, and refunds work
This policy explains what happens if you cancel an order, if a placement does not go live, or if a live link is later removed. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions and forms part of your agreement with us.
Before Work Begins
You may cancel an order at any time before we begin outreach or content production for it, and receive a full refund of amounts paid for the unstarted work. Approval of a site list is the point at which work is treated as begun for those placements.
After Work Begins
Once a specific placement has been commissioned — content assigned or a publisher slot reserved — that placement is non-refundable, because the cost has been incurred on your behalf. Any remaining, uncommissioned portion of your order remains refundable.
Monthly Campaigns
Recurring campaigns may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date. The current month is delivered in full; you are not charged for months that have not begun. We do not lock clients into long-term minimum terms.
Placements That Do Not Go Live
If a placement we have charged for cannot be delivered — a publisher withdraws, or no approved alternative is acceptable to you — you choose between a replacement on a comparable site or a refund of that placement’s fee.
Replacement Guarantee
Live links are monitored. If a link is removed, made non-indexable, or the host site falls below our Publisher Vetting Standards within 12 months of placement, we replace it on a comparable site at no cost. Replacement is the primary remedy; where we cannot replace within 30 days of confirming the loss, you may request a refund of that placement instead.
What Is Not Refundable
We do not refund on the basis of ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes, because we do not guarantee them and no provider can. We do not refund placements removed as a result of client-side changes, such as deleting or redirecting a target URL, or where an account is terminated for breach of our Compliance or Acceptable Use policies.
How to Request
Email [email protected] with your order reference and the placements concerned. We acknowledge requests within one business day and resolve them within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method.
