Compliance Policy
The legal and ethical boundaries we operate within
Adult Link Building works in a regulated and frequently misunderstood industry. This policy describes the checks we run, the categories of work we refuse, and the obligations we expect clients to meet. It applies to every engagement without exception, and no commercial consideration overrides it.
Client Screening
Before onboarding, we review a prospective client’s website and business model. We verify that the site presents itself as operating lawfully in its stated jurisdiction, that it carries the age gates, terms, and contact information a legitimate operator would carry, and that its content does not fall into any prohibited category below.
Absolute Prohibitions
We will not work with, or place links to, any site involving: sexual content depicting or appearing to depict minors; non-consensual content, including so-called revenge material, hidden-camera recordings, or deepfakes of real people made without consent; trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any kind; or content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is hosted or primarily consumed. These prohibitions are non-negotiable, apply regardless of contract value, and any account found in breach is terminated immediately and without refund.
Age Verification and Records
Clients producing adult media are expected to maintain the age verification and performer record-keeping their jurisdiction requires, including United States 18 U.S.C. § 2257 obligations where applicable, and to comply with age-assurance requirements in the markets they serve. We may ask for confirmation that such systems are in place. We are not a substitute for a client’s own legal counsel on these obligations.
Consent and Performer Dignity
We expect that every performer depicted on a client site has consented to the recording and to its distribution, and that consent can be withdrawn through a documented process. Campaign content we produce never identifies performers by real name or location without documented consent.
Sanctions and Financial Crime
We do not knowingly transact with individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions regimes, and we decline engagements where the source of funds appears unlawful.
Publisher Obligations
Publishers in our network are told plainly what sector a placement relates to. We do not conceal the nature of a client’s business in order to obtain a link.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe content connected to our work breaches this policy, contact us at [email protected]. Credible reports involving minors or non-consensual content are actioned as a priority, and we will report to the appropriate authorities where required.
Last updated: 22 August 2026. Adult Link Building reviews these policies at least annually and on any material change to how we operate.
Related Policies
Compliance screening runs before any commercial discussion. Once a client is accepted, the link quality policy governs what we acquire, our publisher vetting standards govern where, and the acceptable use policy governs how our services may be used. More about how we work is on the about page.
