Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have
This policy explains how Adult Link Building collects, uses, and protects personal information through adultlinkbuilding.com and in the course of providing our services. We collect as little as we can and keep it no longer than we need it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly: name, business email address, company name, website URL, and anything you include in an enquiry, audit request, or campaign brief. We collect limited technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, through server logs and analytics. If you become a client, we hold contact details, campaign records, correspondence, and billing information.
Why We Use It
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare audits and quotes, deliver and report on campaigns, invoice for work, maintain security, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, that interest is operating and improving a business service you have approached us about. Where we rely on consent — for example, optional marketing email — you may withdraw it at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and SEO tooling — under contracts limiting their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not disclose client identities publicly without written permission, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by tax and contract law afterwards, typically six to seven years. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Security and Transfers
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. Some providers process data outside your country; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people and regulators of a qualifying breach as required.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we delete any that comes to our attention.
